Our Mission

RiChu’s mission is to utilize restorative justice principles to empower AAPI survivors of crime by providing equitable guidance, support, and representation throughout the justice process with an emphasis on honoring cultural backgrounds and heritages when addressing victimhood and survivorship.

RiChu will effectuate its mission by working with other non-profit organizations, subsidized for-profit organizations (such as family law attorneys, immigration law attorney, and clinical therapy specialists), and governmental entities (such as the local District Attorney’s Office, Court and Police.)

Our Purpose

  • Offer resources and opportunities through restorative justice practices

  • Connect survivors with culturally competent mental health services

  • Reduce the cultural stigma associated with victimhood and survivorship

  • Empower survivors throughout their healing journey
